Product Details

The products shown on MazdiShop are digital gaming-related products, including RAID: Shadow Legends accounts and related services.

Unless a specific listing states otherwise:

  • account details reflect the information available at the time of listing;
  • advertised champions, resources, and major account features are intended to match the listing description;
  • account progress, level, starter choices, linked email condition, and certain minor variables may differ depending on stock source and listing type.

MazdiShop aims to deliver working accounts that match the core value described in the listing.

Account Activation and Email Responsibility

Before linking or changing the email on a purchased account, the buyer must ensure that the email being used:

  • exists;
  • is accessible;
  • works reliably;
  • is not already tied to another conflicting account or restricted use case.

If the buyer enters an incorrect, inaccessible, or unsuitable email, MazdiShop is not responsible for problems caused by that choice.

Account Use Rules

After delivery, the buyer is responsible for careful and secure handling of the purchased account.

The buyer agrees to:

  • store login details securely;
  • avoid sharing credentials with third parties;
  • avoid unnecessary actions that could increase access, recovery, or security risk;
  • follow any account-handling instructions provided with the order;
  • avoid behavior that may trigger restrictions, including suspicious multi-account patterns, platform abuse, or violations of publisher or platform rules.

MazdiShop is not responsible for issues caused by the buyer’s later actions, device setup, region behavior, platform misuse, or rule violations after delivery.

Delivery and Completion

An order is considered completed once the buyer has received the account information or the service has been delivered as described.

The buyer should review what was received promptly and report any material problem within the support window stated on the site or in the order instructions.

Refund and Replacement Policy

Because MazdiShop sells digital goods and time-based digital services, refunds are not automatic once delivery is complete.

MazdiShop may still review refund or replacement requests when, for example:

  • the buyer did not receive the product because of a verified site or delivery error;
  • what was delivered clearly does not match the listing in a material way;
  • there is a verified technical issue that makes delivery unusable;
  • a replacement is appropriate and a suitable substitute can reasonably be provided.

Replacement or refund is generally not available when the issue comes from buyer error, incorrect email entry, misuse after delivery, failure to follow handling instructions, region or device risk outside MazdiShop’s control, or enforcement tied to how the account was used after delivery.

Requests are reviewed case by case. MazdiShop may ask for proof, such as screenshots, timestamps, login evidence, or a full screen recording where that helps clarify the issue.

Support Window

If the buyer believes there is a delivery or account issue, MazdiShop support should be contacted within the support window shown on the site or in the order instructions.

Late claims may be declined if the account has already been used, changed, transferred, or materially altered after delivery.

No Guarantee Against Publisher or Platform Action

MazdiShop does not control the game publisher, platform, or third-party enforcement systems. MazdiShop cannot guarantee that an account will never be restricted, reviewed, flagged, or changed by decisions made outside MazdiShop.

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing from MazdiShop, the buyer confirms that:

  • they understand how digital account delivery works;
  • they have read the product description before purchase;
  • they accept responsibility for how the account is handled after delivery;
  • they will follow the instructions provided with the order.

Policy Updates

MazdiShop may update this User Agreement at any time to reflect operational, technical, or policy changes.
