General Policy Overview
MazdiShop sells digital products and time-based services. Once delivery is complete, a refund is not automatic. However, serious delivery or product issues may still be reviewed fairly when the facts support it.
This page explains how MazdiShop typically approaches refund and replacement requests. It is not a guarantee of a particular outcome in every case.
When a Refund Review May Be Possible
MazdiShop may consider a full or partial refund when, for example:
- the buyer did not receive the product because of a verified site-side or delivery error;
- the delivered item clearly fails to match the listing in a material way;
- a verified technical fault makes what was delivered unusable in practice.
When Replacement May Be Possible
In some cases, a replacement account or a redo of a service may be more practical than a refund. MazdiShop may offer a replacement when a suitable substitute exists and the issue falls within the types of cases described above.
Situations Generally Not Covered
Refund or replacement is generally not available when, for example:
- the issue results from an incorrect or inaccessible email provided by the buyer;
- the account was misused, shared, or handled against guidance after delivery;
- restrictions or enforcement result from publisher or platform decisions outside MazdiShop’s control;
- a claim is raised long after delivery without a clear link to how the product was originally delivered.
Evidence Requirements
To review a claim fairly, MazdiShop may ask for clear proof, such as screenshots with timestamps, login attempts, order details, or a full screen recording when that is the best way to show what happened.
Vague, incomplete, or conflicting information may delay or prevent a review.
Support Timing
Support should be contacted within the support window stated on the site or in the order instructions. Late reports are more difficult to verify, especially if the account has already been changed, transferred, or heavily used after delivery.
Final Review
Each case is reviewed on its own facts. After considering the available information and evidence, MazdiShop will determine the appropriate remedy, if any, under this policy and the User Agreement.
