When are refunds available?
We only review refunds when something is genuinely wrong with the delivery—for example the account has a serious defect, what you received does not match how the listing was described, or a technical issue blocks an email change we agreed to support. Outside cases like that, we do not issue refunds, so please read listings carefully and ask questions in Discord or a ticket before you pay.
The account came with a Gmail address—how do I change the email?
Many accounts use a dedicated Gmail inbox. Copy the login details exactly, sign into that Gmail first, and only then start any game or store email-change flow. If you cannot open the Gmail account, do not request an email change until access is working—we need a verified inbox before those steps make sense.
Where should I look for the best starter accounts?

How do I start a referral or progression request?
Message us on Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or use the contact page. A short note with your goals, region, and usual play times helps staff reply with a realistic scope instead of generic promises.
What risks should I keep in mind?
Live games can change rules and enforcement over time. Sharing access with anyone carries residual risk. Use unique passwords, turn on two-factor authentication where possible, and keep the conversation in Mazdi Shop’s official channels so there is a clear record if something needs follow-up.
